Struggled for a while. needed to come back on a different day, the advice i was seeking was NOT helping me... i struggled for about 90 minuets and ultimatley abondoned this file
Finally getting some where. Why does the move tool always give me trouble?
I wish i could standardize my snap grid so it wouldnt change with my scroll wheel. if that is a setting i dont have time to find it currently.

Still missing a wall type and Ive scaled things up a bit...
